Pics from Mustang Alley Saturday Morning
My friend and I both only drove the blue R in the pic. Fantastic engine sounds and very strong brakes. The clutch was very light and the transmission was very smooth. I could very easily drive it hard on the road course. I had never ever driven a car on a road course before but this car made it seem easy. I thought that the engine pulled pretty strong from every rpm range. But when you were at 6k it really pulled and it did feel like it would go on forever. My friend who's driven just about every ford product including the Ford GT thought this was the best Mustang ever made hands down. I don't have that kind of experience to pull from but it would spank my Boss! The balance and handling of the car were phenomenal. I could drive over the rumble strips at full wail and the car's attitude didn't get upset Like I said before I went from a positive bucket list item (invitation to drive the GT350) to a negative bucket list item (being left go at work one month shy of 28 years) in two days. Needless to say not soon forgotten.
That's awesome Gary. Thank you for your input, I appreciate it. I don't think Chevy is going to take this car down with the 1LE.
Sorry to hear about your work incident. That is horrible. I was with a company for 15 years when they closed the doors, so I do understand some. 28 years is a LONG TIME. Good luck bro!

Looks like ProCharger is making a kit for the 2016/2017 GT350 cars. Should be interesting!
