I thought I saw 420/390 in the Ford press release...hmm...

Either way, my guess has always been 430/400.

Finally got a call back from my dealer today. I think he spent the past week researching and thinking. I bought my Boss from him as well as an MKS, and I use their service department. So I'm a good customer. He came up with $2000 over MSRP for the 50th anniv car. I was hoping for MSRP, and yet sort of knew in the back of my head that I probably wouldn't get that. So the next question is how much MSRP is going to be.

We should start a betting thread regarding hp and rough msrp guesstimate. The winner get a free Slurpee.

Mine would be.

1. GT -440hp 36k for base (yup.)
2. V6 305 hp 26k base
3. Eco- 330 hp 34k base

I think the'll leave the base GT at 420 hp. That leaves them some room to add a few horses in the GT Performance Pack and also in future special editions.

They've already stated that it will be more than 420hp, just not how much more.
