I have a 2015 GT base. My Sync seems to reset itself just about every drive. Doesn't matter if I am playing the radio, CD, or USB. Brought it to Ford, they ran a diagnostic on it and nothing came up. Anyone else have this problem?

 

I had that same problem with an Edge I had a few years ago. After about the 10th time I was fed up, called my salesman to complain. He said I could bring it in, but reccomended that before I do, I disconect the battery for at least 5 minutes then re-connect. I did, it reset, and it never happened again.
