Need help with tune!!

Hi,

I’m currently driving an automatic 2017 5.0 with a roush cold air intake, roush full active exhaust and own a SCT X4 tuner with a Standard 93 octane tune but it seems to be riding a little rough (especially when downshifting, mostly into second gear) Any suggestions what I could change as far as a tune goes? I have never messed with the tuner before.

Thanks!

I guess you could look at the adjustable parameters in the tuner, look for things that have to do with the transmission and shifting, try to figure out what they mean, and fool around with them . . . and you might luck out and make it better.

But I think I would leave this to people who know what they are doing; contact a local tuner if you have any in your area, or a remote tuner like Brenspeed, Lito, or Bama; and pay them to do it.

I am assuming with the mods that it is a Roush tune. I would start by contacting them and see if their is an update to the tune hat you don't have first.
