I had the same question with mine. I got with my dealer and was told that what Ford considers to be 50th Anniversary mats are nothing more than black mats that have the stitching that matches the interior. I went up CJ Pony Parts and ordered a set with the logo as well as a trunk mat that also had the logo. Both were about $100 each, but will definitely make the car look much better.

I sat in a vert with the 50th pkg today and tho I wasn't looking closely at the mats, I was looking generally at what I thought were the pkg's items. I glanced at the mats and did not see anything Like "50th...", tho they were in plastic bags. I think they were blank. I may go back and check.

I am getting the package, too, and would also like to know. However, since I ordered it only last week, I have a long time b4 I find out.

The wheels were beautiful, tho. I hadn't seen them except in pics, before. The whole reason I got the pkg was for the wheels. They were the only wheels on the GT that I like. And the seats do look classy, I think.

Sal, totally agree. I was considering the 50th appearance pkg but settled for the Performance Pkg w/the black wheels. Like you, I was going to get the 50th AP, mainly because of the rims....they DO look good, but I just couldn't pass up those Brembo's & the larger radiator, not to mention all the other goodies you get with the PP. I haven't seen the 50th AP rims in person as yet, so hope I don't regret my decision lol. You never know though, the 50th AP may up your resale value on the car if you ever decide to sell it. There was a news story on FOX in the morning from a car expert about the 2015 Mustang, Dodge Hellcat & the Miata. The Mustang was featured because of the 50th year. The gentleman said it may be worth more because of the 50 year anniversary. Time will tell.

Oh, yeah, boomer! I agonized over NOT getting the PP, all those amazing goodies! But I almost wasn't going to get the car at all because of the combination of the black wheels, different size front and back, and summer performance tires. Living in the Chicago area, I got some Conti Extreme Contact DWS tires for my 2011 GT and the difference they made in the snow was amazing! The car is so predictable and surefooted in the snow. Having to deal with the predicted horrible performance of the PP in snow, i said forget it. Then I realized that the 50th's price included wheels that I really liked, so it wasn't actually SO much money just for appearance. And I could get the DWSs. When I went to the Ford build website, that car looked beautiful with the wheels, grill, faux gas fill cap, I just said that's it. Of course, now I want to add some of that stuff after market, to get up to the PPs level...
