Anyone with the Ecoboost (mine has the HPP) and the manual, do you get an odd noise near the top of the gear as you are shifting? I am not sure if it is intake noise or something like the throw out bearing....I can't believe that would be bad as I just picked up the car....on the 16th and up to yesterday only had 50 miles on it. I guess I just keep driving it and take it in if it gets worse...It shifts fine, no vibration in clutch, etc.

I notice it in 1st, 2nd and 3rd.....doing some more reading online, I guess this can be a noisy tranny......
