Heard back from Deysha yesterday. Still no vin or build date. Hopefully soon. Really expected to have my boss by now. Oh well.

 

Still waiting for a first quarter car here. Deysha got back to me yesterday and said that its built, been released from the plant and awaiting shipment. Yay! I don't know how long it will take to get to central Iowa, but its going to feel like a lifetime.

Anyone else get the impression about 280ish cars have been built, and things have just stopped?

 

That's what I'm thinking. Have we seen any cars with a serial number above 300?

 

no, and that's exactly what I was thinking- from watching the boards, ebay, and cars.com.

 

I'm also noticing that no new rigs are showing up on either site, but the same ones asking ADM +. I called on some others at cars.com last week that were already sold.

 

What's the highest number?

 

MJockey has #315.

 

Okay they really only made a small fraction of cars

 

With LS cars and those in the system maybe 500 of the approximately 1,000 per quarter.
