There is a such thing "you get what you pay for". I've been to the limitations of both hankook and khumo. Never again do I want that feeling to come back. Just my opinions. In no way am I selling anything as fact. FWIW.

ok,

well unless you have driven them or can post up someone that has tested them, well we also agree to disagree also. got links? i do.

note to you, many people **** away lots of money every day on stuff they dont need, but aspire to.

if you are driving a tire with a tire rate less than 200 on the street or paying money for a 200 for the street you are wasting money or going to kill someone.

on a side note. the kooks do very very well in the rain.. the 20 feet between me and my car left me soaked..

beers

Word. I don't need super aggressive street tires,i blow cash on track tires. I behave myself on the street nowadays. Not worth the cash to spend on street tires.

No links. The problems with links are they are biased to the brands the testers sell. Just personal experience. I've tried kooks and khumo. So far I haven't found anything that beats Toyo and Michelin. I'm hearing good things about the new continentals. Without going too far into detail. I've tried khumo, kooks, and then Toyo on the same vehicle around the same curve and there was a 10+ mph difference before the Toyo started to squeal. Almost lost the car with the khumos. Same climate conditions also. That's one personal test. Also have found a considerable difference with hydroplaning between hankook and Toyo. That's where the basis for my recommendation comes from. FWIW.

This.

Not sure why I would ever bother. Save the dollars for some NT01's or even some Hoosiers for track days.
