I won't drive mine in the snow or heavy rain for the simple reason of...I don't trust other drivers! I know I can handle the snow and ice as I grew up out in the country and had to wrestle a 71 Mach 1 through mud for 9 miles to even get to a paved road to go to school every day. But I don't want it to get smashed by some other idiot.

But I have to say....I do have a 'You go boy!' attitude for anyone driving the hell out of their Boss. I didn't buy a trailer queen. I respect anyone who wants to do that, but after we stare at their 50 mile trophy I can take them out and run the hell out of mine and show them what the car was built for.

But everyone can enjoy their car the way they want. I had a guy in a F-150 Boss 5.4 today giving me a thumbs up, he wanted to see the car, and I took him on a ten minute thrill ride. Made a new friend. Gave him a few memories. It was a good day. Didn't even have to use my AK.

Google is your friend! lol

Try '2002 Boss 5.4 images'. Stock motor, a bit of an odd body with stripes, data plate, interior mods hood with 96 Cobra type scoops, but a regular engine....no extra power add ons. If they would have done the Lightning drivetrain in it it would have been a winner IMO. Well, the body kit is a bit much for my tastes. Liked the interior though.

Well this isn't a F150 forum, so that one off is a bit of an outlier. Nice that you made a new friend.

I had a F150 driver notice me following behind him on a back road and I had decided to pull over and wait a minute so I could enjoy the twisties ahead. I get up around the next corner to see that he had pulled over off to the side of the road to let me pass. So I come up behind him again just as he's pulling back onto the road. He sees me, and slows down again and moves over to let me by. I get on the gas and give him a big thank you wave for his courtesy.

Bing works good too.

Well Winters really, finally over, so time to put the Mazda 2 away and go looking for the white Boss again. I'll try and get him out to a track day.
