So i was on the Ford site having some fun doing a build and price and notice that the Recaro seats are available on the GT's. Unless i am wrong last year only the Boss and the GT500 had that option. How do some of you feel about that?

 

I think they look great in the leather trim. I like that the GT has options like the Track Pack and the Recaro seats even if it is a $40,000 car.

 

I certainly appreciate it. I'll also appreciate my Boss radiator, my boss oil cooler, and my Boss Torsen. How does that make you feel?

 

Fine with it, why care? People should welcome the proliferation of these options as it helps with pricing long term and keeps them coming.

Just because the GT has several of the options of the Boss has does not make it a Boss.

 

I think it is great they made them an option on all models

 

can get them in a v6 too.

nothing wrong with it the seats are fantastic everyone should have great seats.

 

The only thing I don't like about it is that the 2013 option is $1600. But if I want to buy the seats from FRPP for my 2012 it's $3k. ($2750 at AmericanMuscle, but still)

 

Sux, and since ford does not sell complete seats for what ever reason you have piece them together. After you add everthing up its more than the **** frpp seats.

 

Here in Canada the Recaro Seats option is only a $1000.
