Oil Pressure gauge hook up help

Wow.

I was under the impression that the (nearly $1k) LS gauge pack was basically plug and play if you could get the courage to drill and mount it to the dash. It sounds like alot of work has to be done on the sensor-side of the car as well.

Or am I mis-understanding everything here?

The FRPP gauge pack contains everything you need, but it is still an involved installation.
