Hey dude. We met at Eagles Canyon Raceway a few months ago. I remember you were debating whether to get a new GT or '12 Boss. Glad you were able to get in a Boss.
Enjoy the car!

Now that I have one... it's awesome!
It's also nice not to be scanning car sale websites anymore...

I just realized I hadn't post these pictures of when I FIRST picked it up with my wife.
The Boss next to my old GT (the GT is really dirty, had just rained).

Just let her know that: you wear the pants in the house.
she will then tell you which pair to put on.
Good Luck!

Looks that way doesn't it. haha but she was actually smiling and trying to get out of the picture. She was really happy once we finally left (around 11pm) since we had been there all day! We hadn't eaten for like 12 hours.
I drove it home and she followed me. Then once we got home and changed clothes, we went a got food and finally enjoyed the car... she couldn't stop smiling with everyone staring and such. The Boss was so much louder in sound and appearance that it caught us off-guard!

No joke, same as the back ones; 285/35.
(it came that way used)
Honestly, it looks great in person!
They really don't bulge that much... so I may leave that size on the front and try and go even wider on the back... whenever my next tires are due.
When I first noticed the tires were the same size... I started to get excited thinking, maybe the previous owner put a square set-up on it... then I measured the wheel width.. nah.

Yeah, those 1LEs are awesome looking... the wheel/tire combo is what really sets it off!
And tracking it... every so often... but not to the extent it needs to be driven. I'm basically the guy with the Grey Hound that just likes to play fetch with it.
I actually went to the free track day at Eagles Canyon Raceway after the Cars & Coffee meet earlier this year. I did a few runs in my '12 GT.
I loved it! I guess it makes sense that all I saw there were Boss 302s and one Shelby. I didn't fit in. lol
