NAPA is having a sale again on Mobil1, $5.99qt. I think it's until the end of the month.

Btw, I've only gone 4K miles since my last oil change and the oil life monitor says 10% left. I was expecting longer between oil changes.

Awesome, I regretted not buying enough last time NAPA had there sale.
1st oil change @ 1,1000 miles

Have 5,000 now.

 

I'm almost due for my second oil change, with the car now at about 9600 miles ... first one was at 5005 miles.
Contemplating going with the same Amsoil 10W40 again, but also looking at other options, including going to a custom-blended oil from BND Automotive, their Quantum Blue line ...

 

They usually recommend staying with a oil instead of changing to different brands.

They wont. Autozone use to be the only one that would but they stopped a couple of months ago. I have to get my oil from opie oils in the UK.

I'm at Ft. Jackson for school so I'm going to buy some and send it home myself. Let me know if you want me to hook you up.
