M-5300-T springs arrived

Ford Racing started shipping the M-5300-T boss spring kits last week.

Mine arrived last night but there is not enough time to get them installed before VIR since we are leaving right after work today.

Cool
will you have a chance to test the springs rate?

Finally was able to install them today

The front dropped exactly one inch

The rear 1 5/8 inch

Did not have time to take after pictures today but I have before, will post pics soon

The Car definitely has a firmer ride but not harsh

The true test will come latter this month at Watkins Glen and Road America, which we have VIR last week end to compare to with the stock springs.

When is the Watkins glen event? I live nearby and would like to see how a fellow boss does on the track.

Thanks. Is that a club event? Didn't see any scheduled events for those dates online.

Did you also install LCA relocation brackets and adjustable Panhard bar?

The drop looks perfect to me. I too would like to know how it rides compared to the stock spring rates.

Also are those the 302S wheels? What size tires are you running on those rims.

I can not comment on ride quality. Besides backing the car into the street to take the pic, I haven't driven it. Still needs an alignment.
I'm also debating on a bump steer kit to go along with it. I have no idea as to whether I need it or not. Any suggestions?
The rest of my suspension mods include:
Frrp Boss 302S LCAs
Frrp relocation brackets
Frrp adjustable panhard bar
Eibach camber bolts

Yes those are 302S wheels and I'm using the tires that came on the car from the factory. The wheels are 19x9 and 19x10.

With that drop you probably don't need camber bolts, and I doubt your car will be very, if any, misaligned.

My spring arrived as well. Next week the springs, brake ducts and tranny scoop all go in.
