Any new recomends on tires?

I'm sure they are fine for the street but you should aim higher for track use. The Yokohama AD08's or Michelin PSS's are going to be the hot setup for street tires in close to stock sizes. Both of those tires run a 5% lower aspect ratio which is probably a good thing for the track and 295 in the rear. The Michelin's are supposed to be better in the wet.

Last time I ran TMS, I beleive I had my shocks set at 5F, 4R with the stock Perrilli tires at 41 lbs. Let me know when you go to TMS, I might be able to meet you up there.

For primarily street driving, it is really hard to beat the Hankook Ventus V12 mentioned above. A VERY good tire for the money. Available in stock sizes.
For a track tire, we've been using the Yokohama AD08 in the following sizes;
265/35-19 in the front and;
295/30-19 in the rears
This is a very good track tire that will give you about 85% of the "stick" as a Hoosier but will last at least 2-3 times as long as the Hoosier.

Im going to try the Mickey Thompson Street Comp. There is a post on the main page about them. They seem like a good option to for track and the price is not too crazy. Im still going to look for more reviews but leaning that way.

I read somewhere this AM, the new MT tires are made by Cooper
http://www.moddedmustangs.com/forums...per-rs3-s.html
and in the video they show a COOPER tent..
.....why would COOPER tent/rep be at a MT track test

I'm using Bridgestone RE-11's. 265/35/19 in front and 285/35/19 in back. The front's are about 0.6 inch shorter than the stock Pzero's but look fine. These tires have significantly more grip than the Pzero's. The forward traction improvement is profound.

Cooper tread:
MT Tread:
Given the incredible similarity here in tread and cost plus the fact that Cooper owns MT you can probably draw the same conclusion I did.......

There's a lot more to a tire than just the tread pattern. Could be different carcass construction as well as different rubber compounds. Even though they look the same, they can perform completely differently!

I was hoping the compound would be different but given that the costs are virtually identical I am doubtful. Heres to hoping I'm wrong!

Mich Super Sports @ 275-35-19 all around?
I heard all good things about the new PSS
DiscTire has them @ $337/ea
and IF you get them square u get a 30k mile warranty (different front/rear is only 15k)
http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/infoTireMath.dos
the sizes difference is not too bad
thoughts?

I run the Nitto NT-05 275-40-18's on a set of 18x10 SVE Drift wheels on my BOSS when I put it on the track. I have had good luck with the tires and they seem to grip quite well. A fair bit better than the stock 19"

Where do you track? I've been to Grandsport in Hitchcock 3 times, not far from you. Going out Oct 28th. Would love to see another Boss out there.

Hopefully I won't be the first to ask this, but what are you guys (if any) running for winter/all season for when it gets colder? Decided to buy a Boss for a daily/track car so I am trying to find something that will work for daily driving in the cold and will get some track rims and tires at some point. Currently I have looked at Kumho Ecsta 4x for all seasons but they only make a size big enough for the front.
