That's horrible. I feel for you.
We get bad hail storms all the time here, and one thing I've learned. If you use the dentless repair folks, wait until the rush is over - that way the guy will take his time to do it perfect as opposed to doing a decent job, but not perfect, because he has other customers calling him on the phone, etc., and he "rushes" through your job so he won't lose out on another job(s).
Our dentless guys seem to be independent operators, so you'll have to check out their work before you sign one up.

And cloud's right. We had a 20-30% chance of rain today, and it ended up hailing and pouring down for almost 4 solid hours. Weather here is crazy, and unfortunately, I got caught with my pants down this time. Given my previous incident with trying to save the Bullitt from "potential" hail damage, I figured it was better to leave the car where it was than to try to get it under cover somewhere. (For those that don't know, I hydrolocked the motor in the Bullitt trying to get it under cover in the middle of a storm.)

This brings back bad memories of my brand new 1999 Spring Edition.
I dont have a clue how the insurance company would handle it, I wonder if the company allows to replace the damage panels. If it does that would be my choice.

Not exactly.
Hydrolocked is when water is ingested through the air intake, and brought into the combustion chamber. Piston goes up into a bunch of water instead of air, fuel, and spark... rods get bent, valves get bent, just a bunch of bad times.

It is when you suck water into the motor. Water does not compress, a gallon of water at the ocean surface is a gallon two miles down. If you get water into the engine it will lock the motor up so it does not turn anymore and can even crack the block with open.

Rich, so sorry to hear about this...I know a great independent paintless dent repair guy, he is a hail specialist and works out of Houston but gets calls from people all over, even out of state to take car of serious hail damage. He has done work for me and does a great job - PM me if you want his contact info.

Man, that is terrible. Really sorry to hear that, during the spring and summer here that freakin' hail always worries me when I'm out in the Mustangs. Storms just pop up so fast and randomly, its easy to get caught out.

Man that sucks. I hope you get it fixed up like new soon. I've heard of damage like that but have never seen it. Good luck getting your Boss repaired.

Thanks for the support everyone.
The morning after report, with better light and dry surfaces, is somewhere in the neighborhood of 80-100 dents, and a series of cracks in the lower drivers side of the windshield. My dealer is already ready to bring it in and take care of it via PDR. Still waiting to hear back from my ins though.
