Sorry for the lack of updates during the event. Overall, not much new was learned. Seeing the car in the flesh though, definitely a good thing. This car looks much better in person than in pics. As we went into the exhibition area, we lost service and couldn't update.
To summarize:
730a - Arrive at venue, where in the lobby are a slew of Mustangs of all years. From the original concept in '62, to the first retail Mustang sold, to a 2009 GT500KR and 03-04 Cobra, and the NFS hero Mustang, they were everywhere you turned.
815a - Show starts. Mark Fields speaks, brings up Gail Wise (owner of first retail Mustang sold). After the cover comes off, J Mays speaks about design inspiration, then other exec (name unsure) spoke on engineering details. Slides shown have pics of each engine and cover.
After the meeting, you were allowed to go up to take pics. With everyone crowding around, the car remaining locked, and nothing new mentioned, we snagged a few pictures and looked at some parts in detail, went on stage for a picture with Fields, and enjoyed the meeting.
As for info...no mention of an limited edition (the rumored '14.5 version), SVT product, weight, or power figures. Also no mention of packages or options offered, aside from the new ones.

I'll gather my thoughts in a bit. Just got into work and need time to digest and look over the photo's.
I didn't get a lot of great ops, but I'm hoping a bunch of them turned out.
The place was JAMMED. Standing room.
