Found this and thought if they could do a Hard Top Vert with a roof like this it would Kick A$$.

 

God I hate that bulbous hood and nose... Quick someone call a plastic surgeon! I have to say though the rest makes a sharp looking notchback coupe.

 

I wasn't liking it till I put my finger over the front. True dis.

 

It'd be nice if Ford moved away from the clamshell hood and overall "thick" proportions of the current generation but I won't hold my breath.

 

I agree that nose looks a little Mustang IIish. I was more saying that the roof was better than the dome curve we have been seeing on all other renderings.

 

With the current offerings by the competition, I don't think Ford will do wrong by their design. As suave as the redesign will probably be, I feel the current models have an inherently bad *** quality about them. I may never get a chance to buy a car with such long straight lines and muscular over tones. But the new design is very highly anticipated and should be sweet. I just want to drive one.

 

I know this has been posted before and I know it is Very 80s if not a little Hots Wheelsish but there is something about it that works. I think with a little tweaking in the right direction this could be a really good "NON RETRO" Mustang.

 

But the nose was inspired by the Cobra

Wow that looks great. That's the kind of styling I am hoping ford chooses for the next-gen Stang. Great work

 

For me, it's not something I'm in love with (yet, anyways) but I do think it will look a good bit like that.

I was envisioning it looking much like you made it, toned down from the recent Mad Max concept. I think if the front fenders were a bit lower and smoothly integrated where that abrupt hop is on the rear form then it would look better to me.
