Thanks guys.
Paul the tire should be about the same as I just used the one from the front view and flipped it. I may be a bit off though.
As for solid colors in time Probably. I plan on doing a V6, an SVO and Cobra so at least one of them should be a solid color.

Love it Doug!
Only thing I am ehh about is the oval tail lights. But thats a small issue and if Ford released the car as it sits there I would be estatic.
Is that an ecoboost badge on the side?

Ok heres the pretty much final versions
Just my simple wishes for the new stang. Roughly the same proportions as an Aston Martin DB9 along with a rear mounted transmission like the Aston.

Still have some very minor tweaks to both views to do but they are presentable now.

I like the back end not the front.
James May is going to decide on the final design for next Mustang.
I know he likes the DB9 so I think it might have a similar shape.

Not James May

Although I must say htey both like Astons and I'd be very curious to see what James May would make.
Wow Doug that baby is pretty sick! Not trying to knock your talent at all, but my only complaint would be the fog lights. They just seem a little out of place in my opinion. Just curious, did you play around with any other shapes for them or maybe consider just eliminating them all together. Keep up the good work bro.

Patio...yeah I messed around with other shapes. Those are pretty much from a ford Concept car from a few years back.
I'm probably going to eliminate them for the v-6 version.
Thanks guys. I kow it's a polarizing design but I'd rather have it be that than plain and forgettable.
OK, I bet this is the only time a Ford C-Max will ever be compared to a Mustang concept, but I walked passed one of these today and the foglights immediately brought to mind Doug's car

Came across this rendering...
I kinda like it
. if it were to incorporate some historical cues, it would be pretty cool. Otherwise it's a very euro look.
