The thing about this rendering is it hits all the criteria. I see Evos styling, S197 platform proportions, a reduction in the Retro but It looks very Mustang. I think , and hope , we see something along these line instead of a Whole new design the looses the heritage completely.

Taking out the B-pillar makes it look to much like a Genesis coupe and weakens the strong lines. Change the shape of the quarter window , alter the B-pillar or scalp it more like a 69 or 70 with a thin B-pillar that is more of a trim piece but don't take the B-pillar out or the roof line and side window will look like everything else out there.

TN's removed the "dorito" window in the blue one. Gives it a very different look and moves it further away from the S197. Rumours are that the dorito won't be seen on S550. Which makes me a little sad........but if it's done right.......

But one report I read stated the QUARTER window stays. So it will be there just not in that shape.

I'm probably wrong, but......
A quarter window to me is any rear side window in a coupe though.......so TN's alternative window treatment is still a "quarter window".......least that's how I see it.
