I had a similar problem with Al Packer Ford in Middle river Maryland outside of baltimore, they treat people terrible, I suggest anyone buying a new or used car go to dealerrator.com before buying a car, this site tells all the good and the bad and the ugly, i wrote my story in there. back in 2011. i hope this helps anyone who buys a new or used car.
