FORD dealership abuse
Think about it this way. If ford buddies up and protects the dealer, they are condoning the actions. The avg consumer is already going to associate ford as damaging the car as opposed to a bad tech and a bad dealer. The only real way for ford to come out here is to bring the hammer down on the dealer. That will make them look like the hero.

Could be true if ford directly feels threatened by him. However I think that they will also be investigating the dealer. I don't know if protection is in the cards right now. Think about it this way. Ford could have done somethjng about this before it blew up in their face. Now it's too late to put the genie back in the bottle. Or the horse back in the barn. Or the crap off the fan.

Say what you will about us nerds, but when it comes to activism on the internet we get **** done!
Reddit is a great, diverse community and once they are behind you, they will stop at nothing to make sure things are handled correctly. Even if Ford decides to sit on their hands, the dealership will surely feel Reddit's wrath.
I can honestly tell you that form personal experience with my Mustang, Ford could give two ****s about how and why the dealership handled my car the way the did. Their customer service, with the exception of Deysha, is among the worst I've dealt with. Like CVH said, no return phone calls, people are sick, our managers are overloaded, couldn't find your car at the right dealer, etc. (First dealership that worked on my car screwed up my my original issue so badly, the 3rd dealership I took it to had to essentially rebuild the ENTIRE rear end and even stated in the notes that previous repairs were done incorrectly by first dealer)
I'm tired of companies like Ford, GM, McDonalds, etc that franchise out their brand for others to manage, have their names dragged through the mud because of terrible service like this, and not give a ****. I hope CVH gets the resolution he so rightly deserves!

So apparently because of all the "witch hunting" and and negative Yelp/Facebook reviews, the commenting section on Reddit has been disabled.
It has also been asked by Mods over at Reddit that y'all continue to pass along this info to family and friends but to please not bombard yelp and facebook for the dealer.
Don't shoot the messenger!

Daaammmnnnn. Reddit got involved? I wouldn't hope for their wrath against my worst enemy. Daaaammmnnn
.
I've been on Reddit for a couple years now and I'll tell you guys, it's a great community. I check the front page before I reply to my morning texts on the phone. Always remember, everyone is a "Nerd" about something.
I <3 Reddit. They're the shizz.
I hope all gets squared away very quickly. A few months ago, a gentlemen with a Porsche made a few videos about his cars issues and that it qualified under the Lemon Law. Long story short, Porsche kept rejecting the complaints but once Reddit got involved, the rightful thing was done.

Hi CVH,
I know this may sound a little dismissive, but “negative feedback” is how it has to be categorized since this is not a warranty situation. Please trust and believe this has been thoroughly documented and forwarded to the appropriate parties for handling.
Deysha

Yes is seems very dismissive, No trust after what happened so please do not ask me to trust Ford. Seems like HQ can not find my extended warranty now, although it is on my purchase form. Some of my service visits have disappeared from Sawgrass Fords system also. Shady, possibly illegal!
Luckily I have text messages from the Service Manager himself, for all the days that I was in the shop and what was being done.
Ive sat on my hands and bent over too long for these guys. HQ would not step in. I have been unable to drive my vehicle at times due to the issues, I have fixed issues out of pocket because ford refuses, and I have lost much valuable time dealing and spending countless hours babysitting the mechanics.
I am in the Video/Audio Production biz and every min counts for me.
I appreciate the support, it is more appreciated than you know.
