Youngstang, I'll gladly buy some pre-cut vinyl if you have it for 05-09. I cant see why Raxiom would have a problem making something approximating the '13 style lights if they can do it for other years. I can understand an issue if they're really trying to recreate the whole enchilada, since the '13 style lights ARE a work of art but it doesn't have to be exact to be still bada$$. I mean if average joes can come up with something pretty cool on their own, why cant a company that specializes in aftermarket lights do the same thing ?

You can patent a design, for that shape...wouldn't the tear drop in the 10'-12' lights change that? It would be similar, but would they be able to get away with that? Either way the time between original release to aftermarket release would make sense.

Hey moderator... can we break out the vinyl overlay portion of this into a separate thread? I'm sure I'm not the only one checking several times a week (needlessly) to see if there's any update on the Raxiom.

That's my bad wannabe.
I will make sure to keep my stuff in my threads.
And I'm not being sarcastic here. I hate thread jackers as much as the next guy, so I feel bad. I'll keep on subject.

I'm gonna have to see the finished product but these sound like a winner to me. I love the new tail lights. Hopefully Raxiom will give us the look we want combined with some new edginess.

I'm not trying to be mean or troll or anything like that, but in all honesty those vinyl cutouts are UGLY IMO. They just make the tail lights look tacky, cheap and fake. I'd rather just buy the smoked ones from AM for now until Raxiom comes up with something, otherwise I'll just blow the cash and buy the real deal from Ford.

those looked pretty banged up. I figured it would have gone for no more than $500. I hope they can be polished up with some plastic polish.
I scored a set on ebay last month for $800 with buy it now.
Auction must have been up for less than an hour before I snatched them up.
