Im sure someone here is close to you that could help us all out!!!

I'm surprised no one has made something yet. Guess these companies don't want money.

Maybe we could start a Kickstarter/indiegogo campaign where people can donate money?

I am sure people would be down for that, crowd source this thing. A bumper cover can't be that expensive so you wouldn't need a ton of money.

Looks to be about $350 for the bumper.
That is just for the part file tho.
You would be on your own to try and find some one to print it. The printer costs around $1000. Personally I think we would be better off plastic injection molding.

http://www.quickparts.com/home.aspx

Now that I think about it, we could even just do Vaccum Forming, and we just mill the Part out of MDF wood and then just form it.

Sounds like you know your stuff, I would contribute to the kickstarter if you started one. See about starting a thread and see who else would be interested.

I agree. This was the last message I got:

"Thank you for contacting us. We are still waiting to hear if Raxiom will be developing a 2013 Style tail light for the 10+ Mustangs, so I do not have an ETA on when they will be available.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us."

Is the R&D cost that much that they wont do it. Seems like an easy money maker.

Im not an expert on the matter but I would imagine that with a 3d printer you could create a new lens cover for the existing 2010-2012 tail light housing.

Yes it doesn't seem like a big job really. Someone could make some serious dough if they could produce something like that.
