Making mods to my '13 PW GT

Everything you've done looks great... I'm going through the same process with my 13 GT.
the only difference is the hood....when it comes time I've chosen the hood off the super snake though.
Fantastic thread!!!!

Did you notice any difference or is it just for show?

Yeah, bought the tower support just for looks. I will probably never run this car very hard, it's just a road trip/cruiser. I have another car I'm building for beating on. I sold a 9.30 @ 148 MPH Olds Starfire about a year ago, mellowing out a bit in my old age,..

Dropped my car off at The Decal Shoppe this evening (that wasn't easy) they said they'd take good care of it. Pick it up Sunday, maybe Saturday if everything goes well.
Got an email from CJ Pony Parts and my wheels have shipped!!

Thanks! Really looking forward to getting the wheels on the car. I hope the rear tire section width of the 295 doesn't bite me by being too wide. I looked at the 285/30/20 tires but they are only 26.7" tall vs. the fronts being 27" tall. The stock tires are 27.25" tall. The rear tires look short compared to the front anyway because of the shape of the car and I thought the 285 would accentuate the short rear tire look. The 295 is 27.1" tall so it should maintain the look the car has now from the side, I hope they don't rub when going over a bump.
285 vs 295 tire specs:
285/30/20
Diameter 26.7"
Section Width 10.9"
Tread Width 9.4"
295/30/20
Diameter 27.1"
Section Width 11.6"
Tread Width 11.6"
285 vs 295 tire specs:
285/30/20
Diameter 26.7"
Section Width 10.9"
Tread Width 9.4"
295/30/20
Diameter 27.1"
Section Width 11.6"
Tread Width 11.6"

The side stripes were applied today (pic sent from installer). The LeMans stripes should be on tomorrow. I chose to have the side stripes done in the '65 Shelby G.T.350 style, just changed to G.T.302 since it's not a Shelby but it still has a similar look. We'll see how it all comes together,.. Wheels should be here Wednesday so I'll get them on next Saturday.
