I'm thinking its an issue with the clutch disc not being aligned properly (even though I used an alignment tool). So on Monday I'm going to drop the trans and reinstall the clutch.

Ah, I'm out in Manor now, but plan on building a new home in Pflugerville hopefully this spring.

'Was' sterling? Do you not have the car anymore?

It's a long story... pretty stupid on my part. I traded for the Stang, and then I decided I wanted my old car back... and now I miss the Stang and all the power. I'm going to get another in next year.

I'd love to take a look at your car one day. Looks like it's going to be BA!

What headers did you go with?

In his sig (which you may or may not be able to see) it says he is doing the JPC NA 500 rwhp package, with that said I'm betting its JPC LT's

Let me know how that top dog package works out for you! That's pretty exciting

I went with the JBA long tubes.

I pieced together the kit, opted with the JBA long tubes.

The motor is in, trans bolted up, all new exhaust in. I need to trim the coupler for my CAI (airaid) to fit the boss manifold.

But I have come across a problem, the clutch system is not pressurized at all (clutch pedal snaps to the floor). I noticed the brake/clutch fluid reservoir is a bit low. So I'm going to check the clutch line for leaks, bleed the system and hopefully that fixes it.

After that, it will be ready for start up and break-in.

Sorry for the lack of updates recently, been busy with the holiday season. The moose is up and running like a champ.

The issue with the clutch pedal was a stupid one. I never brought the vehicle down off of stands after finishing the exhaust install, and because of the slope of my driveway, the bubbles in the clutch system weren't able to escape. After leveling the car, it only took a short period of time to fix that.

Next thing I need is tires. Rear end is not controllable until 3rd gear, and on some roads, its even sketchy there. I'm working on getting some dyno time in, hopefully next week. The shop had to replace some electronics last week, so it should be good to go. Hoping I hit that 500rwhp mark.
