Header/ H pipe Disconnection

How did y'all disconnect the header/ h pipe on the passenger side? I tired a swivel and extension and no lucky, I can barely touch the nut with a finger tips.. So any help please??

Take out the battery and battery try and it's right there.

That's not necessary on a 5.0, but is on a 4.6. On a 5.0, you need at least 24" of extensions and a breaker bar or impact gun. Pop the hood and go at an angle from the front of the car to get on the bolt. Having a wobble extension on the end is almost necessary. A swivel *may* work if you're using a 3/8" drive socket, but my 1/2" swivel and socket would not work. The wobble gives you just the right angle to break loose.

Okay I got a 24' extension and a wobble with a 1/2 impact and still can't break the nut, I been spraying it with wd40 also WTH

That's your problem right there. WD-40 is three shades short of useless for breaking rusted nuts free. Use PB Blaster or Liquid Wrench.

Got the nuts off and x pipe is installed.. Thanks for everyone's input
