Header/ H pipe Disconnection
Header/ H pipe Disconnection
How did y'all disconnect the header/ h pipe on the passenger side? I tired a swivel and extension and no lucky, I can barely touch the nut with a finger tips.. So any help please??
That's not necessary on a 5.0, but is on a 4.6. On a 5.0, you need at least 24" of extensions and a breaker bar or impact gun. Pop the hood and go at an angle from the front of the car to get on the bolt. Having a wobble extension on the end is almost necessary. A swivel *may* work if you're using a 3/8" drive socket, but my 1/2" swivel and socket would not work. The wobble gives you just the right angle to break loose.
