LOL! I was thinking about doing that and so did Ford Service, but I decided weeks ago that I will not be using them in the near future... Not only did they install the Wavetrac diff for me back in January, they performed a 93 octane dyno tune on my car a month ago that had idling issues. An attempt to rectify it failed and they have not returned my calls or responded with a fix as of yet.
Who are these clowns?

This. In a situation like this I would say putting their name out there as idiots is worth it.
