Maybe describe the sound a little more for others to help chime in. Rubbing like plastic on plastic... metallic grind, things like that.
Also common things according to other posts:
Not greasing the bushings for the LCR (this would fall into that plastic rubbing sound or clicking if they were bad)
E-Brake clip not seated properly (metallic)
E-Brake cable too tight on the LCR with no play.
Not sure why these would only occur in neutral, so it is possible its a red herring and you have a different problem. If you've ruled out the common problems, take it in to Ford. Since its a '14 you should still be under warranty to cover if it is something else. If the LCR are causing the sound, they will let you know what the problem is and you can determine if you want them to adjust it or you do it.

You will need more info for people to help. Are these adjustable LCA. What kind of ends on them. Are you running relo brackets. Also pictures are worth alot so one can see what was done to help.
