Might pass a state inspection in places other than California or other hard core states but isn't technically street legal.

Those numbers just do not make sense.
Very first run, last week, was a 13.2x@110mph on street tires, with a 2.10 sixty, in good air.
This week, a run on street tires nets 12.61@108mph with a 1.96 sixty, in presumably marginally worse air(this early in the day).
Then later on, on full rubber, the same car picks up 9mph? Nine?
That middle run does not compute with the other runs. Picking up a tenth in the sixty doesn't equal a full 6 tenths on the big end(today's street tire run vs first run), especially when losing 2mph through the traps. And this car is supposedly making 40hp/30tq than last week.
And then it picks up NINE mph by swapping tires? Anybody else confused by these numbers?

Check the fb page, Fred makes a comment that the street tire run finished with the clutch in, that's why the mph was low. They were up against the limiter and pushed the clutch in.
