Hey Guys,
here are some pics of my ride Violet at the Motion Auto Car show out in Long Beach CA this past summer and a few night shots.
Still can't get over how this color looks in different lights

Stole this post from a fellow TMS'er but u have the best pix I've seen yet...
"Ok I looked- email to myeditor@ford.com, it's called photo finish. If you have an iPhone iPad there's a My Ford app, and they have some of the winners pics up.. All you get is a $100 Am Ex card and a Ford tshirt, but there's always the glory..."

Hey Rob, looks like that email address is no longer valid? got a kickback. Found the same email address when I goggled it Ford Photo finish contest. 
but its all good, I have a friend who works for Ford so i can ask him if its still going on.
or maybe i need a ipad :P

thanks brutha! its all meguiars ultimate wax, seriously man it makes the reflection so dang deep especially with our color :P
yeah i love places with lots of good lighting, can totally make a car look awesome

hey jed, are these the california special wheels on your car? I'm asking because I also have a kona blue 2012 GT. I have the brembo package and my dealer here told me that these wheels are some of the few that will clear the brembo brakes. I need additional wheels (and tires) for the winter and I begin to check the options I have now.

I have the brembo package and my dealer here told me that these wheels are some of the few that will clear the brembo brakes. I need additional wheels (and tires) for the winter and I begin to check the options I have now.
yeah you are correct, but they are the premium wheels off of the v6 version, which are black and the ones for the v8 are actually gunmetal gray and have the words GT imprinted into one of the spokes.
I borrowed these off my friend to showcase during a autoshow.
love how clean these look
yeah these are 19s so they should clear the brembos if i am wrong please someone correct me.

yeah its crazy how it changes up on sunlight, street light and indoor light.
the best is in the sun when the pearl can be seen, totally a great site to see.
