street tires Some people know what things should be ran and why. I went ahead and got 315's so I would have a little more contact area. They arent ET streets or anything but they hook a lot better than what most people are running.Well cosidering I value my life.....running on street tires would be like playing with life or death...no thanks. I almost lost control of the car the other night with Cassie in the car and I wasnt even gassing it....tires just slipped out from underneath me when I was getting on the on ramp.....no bueno. So now I have an excuse to buy tires...cassie says its a safety issue at this point...I agree with her

Just kidding. I have lots of plans. Skinny front runners, Delete plates, New tune, and some other goodies. Should put me in the low 12 second area.

lol. Low 12's would be a blast! You arent too far away from 11's. Can you all do that without breaking into the engine and doing cams or something? Also, Im writing this without looking into your sig, but what about longtubes?If you are getting the wheels Im thinking of those are awesome (the ones Jarrod found)!
Maybe one day Ill run nitrous...Maybe one day lol. 500rwhp would be fun to play around with, I dont know the ungodly amount of torque it would produce.

I dont mind you being faster David........Pretty cool seeing your run so fast....Im not that far behind though. Money keeps going elsewhere besides my car....havent done anything performance wise and dont have any plans as of yet on making it faster.....Need a set of tires though....

Yes 11s Naturally aspirated and NON forged internals has been done already by a few people...... David should def be low 12s after full bolt ons and shedding some weight.

I bought them with the rear wheels off a guy on ModFords. I would just check the forums for them. What size are you looking for? 275/40/17?

I have BFG Drag Radials mounted on 17'' bullets for the track...
As street tires...not sure.... I want some tires that look pretty stout and grip...but dont want DRs for the street. How many miles do the Nittos 555s last? and how sticky?

My friend just put 555's on his saleen charged GT. Ill ask him how well they hook. Im hoping for 15-20k miles out of mine. His tires are a lot harder rubber than mine because I felt them the other night in a totally non homosexual way.

Dont think they'll fit....David would know better than I..... I really dont want to go over 295-305. 275s might be the limit for my wheel width though
