Dismount, turn 180 degrees, remount. Or 90 one way or another. Point is, there should be a notch you have to face to the 'outside' of the car (to the fender), otherwise, you get this. The studs are offset to produce the correct camber.

No, the top of the mount should just freely turn about. Jack the car up, take the wheel off, compress the spring a little by jacking the control arm up, undo the four bolts up top, slowly(!) release pressure of the jack until the mount comes out of the tower, rotate the top until aligned as shown in the video, align the mount into the tower as you jack the control arm up, get it seated, bolt it in, remove jack, wheel on, lower car, done.
Of course, the 'better' way is to do it like the video sans disassembly of the strut/spring/mount assembly because of the control arm jacking being a potential of 'oops', but I've done it this way before. Just be careful about it it'll be fine.
