Again to everyone with the passenger side dash rattle, remove the right-most air vent and see if that solves it. Please post back here if it does. It's something I'll have the dealer look at whenever I get around to getting the strut popping and shaker TSB's done.

Oh yeah, a firm tug should remove the vent for those afraid of breaking it.
