Alright, just spent another night diagnosing dash rattles, hoping i would fix the never ending noises that come from the dash. And i've found out that the sound i'm hearing is coming from not the dash, but somewhere on the passenger side door. Whenever i go over a rough bump, i hear a nice *clunk* come from the passenger side door. Anyone have any experience with rattles in that area?

 

Have you checked the little cover behind the door lever? It tends to rattle sometimes.
