Headlamp fogging (condesation)

The LH-side headlamp has lately started to show a considerable amount of condensation, especially visible a few hours after driving the car. I checked the lens and there is no apparent crack or defect in the seams. Is there an easy fix for it that I could try, before ordering a new lamp? I'm thinking about removing the bulb and blowing warm air inside the lamp with a hairdryer.
Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Thanks, but that's not a quick fix in my case (the local Ford dealers don't carry Mustang parts... )

Anyway, I did remove the bulb and dried the inside of the lamp with a hairdryer. Now I have to wait and see if it happens again. If so, then I'll order a new headlamp myself.

I have had slight condensation at one time, but never seen it again. I know my Lightning taillights would do this from time to time and Ford said it was normal.

I guess you could apply soapy water on the outside of the assy, then apply a little compressed air through the bulb hole, to cheak for leaks you might not be able to see along a seem.

Maybe the fix is to vent it to atmosphere so the condensation has somewhere to go...

Something has to keep them from fogging, even when it dries it leaves water spots on the inside-the **** OUTSIDE is hard enough to keep clear as it is
