Driver Window auto up failing

so i moved my car from one garage bay to another this afternoon. when i went to roll the window up, the auto up feature was not working. decided to cycle it a few times to see if it just lost the setting or something, but to no avail, then when i had the door open the window ran all the way up and wouldnt let the door shut. so forget the name of that feature but it isnt working. when i close the window with the door closed, the window lowers, then when i close it, the window stays down the 1.4 inch or whichever.

run down;
1. no auto up
2. window cracking feature when opening door not functioning properly
3. window will drop the quarter inch when door opens, will not go back up once it is closed.

ideas? of course my 3/36 bumper to bumper ran out three months ago, car just crossed 35k miles.

Check your battery. My battery took a dump on me and I had the exact same issues. After you charge it or replace the **** thing, you may have to reprogram your windows according to the owners manual.

It's amazing what you can find in the Owners Manual.

thanks for your help.

had the wrong process in my head, another vehicle in my family the reset for the windows is to just hold the switch through raising and lowering twice to reset it. not raise and hold. so through my confusion, i didnt think to check the manual again. coupled with my incorrect method, only the drivers window had an issue, so i was thinking that there was a bigger problem than just the window being out of sequence or whatever. luckily while searching around to see other problems that could cause this behavior, i found the proper method and got it working.
