Dealer can't fix alarm

My factory alarm goes off for no reason. I keep the car in a garage, and so I don't lock the car. When I open a door, the alarm will go off randomly (sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't). Today while cleaning the car, I had the drivers door open. I went to the other side to open the passenger door and the alarm went off. Then, with the doors open, I opened the hood and the alarm went off again.

The dealer has been unable to find anything wrong. Any ideas? Does anyone know how to disable it?

After 3 trips to the dealer my factory alarm is finally fixed.

First trip: they couldn't find anything wrong.

Second trip: they replaced the SJB, the first time I opened the door after I got it home the alarm went off.

Third trip: told them to keep the car until it was fixed. After two days they found a dead short in the drivers door.
