My alternator went out in my car this weekend which really bummed me out... So today I took it into the dealer because I still have the extended warranty... The service department told me it would be tomorrow before they could look at my car and diagnose my problem... 15 minutes after I left I received a call from the service department and they had already looked at my car and found it to be the alternator for sure... They told me it was going to be 600 bucks for the alternator! And I was like O no my friend I have the extended warranty so it should be covered. So he said he would look into it to find out if I had the warranty... 15 minutes later after sweating hoping they would honor my warranty, they call back and agree to honor it and I would just have to pay a 50 dollar deductible... I was more than happy with that... an hour later I get a call and the car is already finished and awaiting pickup! Thats the second time my dealer has gotten my car in and out of their shop within a day... The first being 4 different TSBs that needed to be addressed... so my dealer defiantly receives a 100% satisfactory from me! P.S.- my dealership is Watson Quality Ford in Jackson, MS.
