Correct. It was also an option on the 82 GT, though for obvious reasons they are really rare.

True or false - in 1969 and 1970 you could get Magnum 500 wheels on Mach 1 cars from the factory:

I seem to recall reading somewhere that 500s were not available in 69, but were a option in 70. So I would have to guess false.

Answer is false! Although you see numerous '69 and '70 Mach Ones with Magnums these days, NONE ever came from the factory with them. I have verified this with Kevin Marti who has all production records for these cars. Only Boss 302, Boss 429 and a few Shelbys (because of failure problems with the 5 spoke Shelby wheels) came from the factory with Magnums in these years.
