j0eyabs- I think you'll be happy with the springs and shocks. Please post some pics when you get them installed!
suggesting items that only that disturb the stock geometry and engineering is not a good thing! specially on a bullitt where it was specifically engineered to handle significantly better than a mustang gt while keeping a significant amount of travel! as he stated himself, he does not want to bottom out. getting shorter springs thats exactly what he will get, unfortunately.

If you have to change it that's probably the best choice. It will lower your car and still be within Engineering tolerances

I have an 08 Bullitt with Steeda sport springs, Tokico D-spec shocks/struts, Steeda adj panhard & brace.

My observations:
1. It "does" handle better than the stock Bullitt.
2. There is some loss of traction cuz it doesn't squat as much on straight line pulls. You can compensate by softening up the D-specs.
3. I'd get the adj panhard. The rear of my car was off nearly 3/4" after lowering.
4. The Steeda Sports due eliminate some of the 4x4 look, but it's not going to look as aggressive as the FRRP or Eibach Sportline springs. Also with the Steeda's expect it to be about 1/4 drop "less" than they advertise.
5. Very happy...no regrets.
