OEM BFG g-Force T/A™ KDW report
just replaced two tires @ 32545 miles .... (still have at least 5K left on the other two)
I run this car a hard 75 miles - every day - at "freeway speeds", so the tire life has been a pleasant suprise.
stayed with the g-Force T/A™ KDW / purchased an extra set of OEM take-offs in 2008 for a cool $100 -

I got a whoppin' 22K miles out of my factory 235/50/18 BFG's. I drive my car very hard every day. For track days, I have a seperate set of wheels/tires/DR's, so my factory BFG's only saw street duty.
Replaced them with far superior Continental Extreme Contact DWS's. 255/45/18 at all corners. Quieter, better fuel economy, way better traction wet or dry, etc. A little more money than BFG's ($185 each), but well worth it for the gains in all categories. Heck, they're even rated for light snow.
I figure a GT that sees "spirited" daily driving is lucky to see more than 20K miles on a set of tires, regardless of brand.
