Does anyone know how to obtain an Order Status other than calling the 800 # and providing the Dealer Code and VIN #. Each time I call, the voice recognition system is unable to correctly decipher the VIN #. I've tried several times and what they come back with for confirmation of the VIN is not even close to what I'm saying. Dealer is closed until Tuesday and I am very eager to receive an updated status.

 

Use the order number instead. I never had a problem when I used the order number, but never got it to work using the VIN.
