Premier Trim Package Pedals

All - I installed the premier trim package pedal covers (clutch & brake) and the accel pedal tonight and the pedal covers were a BEAR to install!! those things fit really tight and after spending 30 minutes with the 1st one I sanded the rough metal edges of the pedal and used white lithium grease on the 2nd one - which helped quite a bit - but still tough to install. Well worth it though as they look great and added 50rwhp ...tomorrow I'm going to add the "Type R" badge I purchased at Pep Boys for another 65rwhp

Wow, that is a great way to increase HP and keep the warranty.

Seriously, they do look very nice and are more noticeable than I thought they would be! Although a bit pricy as you have to purchase the entire accel pedal assembly (including sensor) but nice upgrade to the interior.

Found them a little cheaper at aac4parts@aol.com. Got the set for my manual for 47.50 shipped. They do have the Ford part # on them and I have been told they are the OEM supplier for this part to Ford. Installed in about 30 minutes. Accelerator pedal is a 3m tape stick on, the other 2 replace the orginal pad and are a bear to put back on.

About $170.00 total - but they do look nice.
$170.00? That's insane. Is that American money...lol? They came with my package, and to be honest, I don't really notice them- But, happiness is worth more than 170.

Please delete KC's prices as he's asked several time not to post them.

It's only that expensive because the gas pedal has to be replaced. If you don't mind one with 3m tape you can get them from CDC for $100.

BTW- I know you have them already I'm just explaining why it cost so much.

I purchased the AAC pedals in August, nice interior upgrade. AAC is the supplier not only for Ford, but also for CDC. They are working on the matching dead pedal. Contact Craig, Aac4parts@aol.com
