It's been a long time coming but I finally ordered my 08 GT/CS today. AAFES finally got all the pricing info for the 08's so I went for it. I got Vista Blue with Black/Dove interior. Something that will keep you sane is ordering MODS while you wait.... How much did they let the car go for, you have quite the list of options (not bad). Gonna be nice.

 

That's great. So how easy was it to order through AAFES? Did they give you a discount?

Thanks for all the comments. I already have a list of appearance mods I want to have waiting for me as soon as I get the car. I just hope I can stop driving it long enough to put them on! I'm going to leave the performance mods until I have a few miles on it to make sure everything is alright before I void the warranty. AAFES has been real easy to deal with so far, pretty painless. I think I got a pretty good deal too. They are offering a $2500 military rebate on 08's right now too through AAFES, which I wasn't expecting. I got it for a total of just under $32K. And yes I got the 5spd with 3:55 gears. Wouldn't have it any other way!!

Jason, Congrat's on the new 08 GT/CS. I ordered one on May 18th! Hey, I noticed you mentioned that the pricing was available to AFFES. Do you know if its available to the public? Marty the rebate was listed as military only. Maybe it will change soon though. I couldn't believe it was already there for 08's so maybe more will be coming.
