Really? I think the right ones look great! This is 2007CalSpec's car and that looks sexy IMO!

So here's the order:
Cut the holes for the lights/inserts
install center billet grille
install inserts
Not sure if they've changed anything, but mine wasn't PnP. The PIAAs need to either be spliced into the existing fog light harness or you need to run them separately.
I spliced mine in and it worked like a charm. I think I put a relay in as well, but honestly don't remember. Check the draw of the PIAAs vs the stock fogs - that'll help you decide if you need a relay if you're going to splice them in.

OK I decided not to spend $400+ for the lights since I rarely drive my car at night.
Since I had the Shelby billet upper grille and wanted to install the lower billet grille I didn't like the look of the honeycomb lower inserts. I had friend fab up a couple of pieces of metal and put a bezel in the center. This eliminated the honeycomb inserts altogether and flows with the lower grille. I can if I want run some ducting from the holes and make a brake cooling kit. I don't track my car much so I don't think I'll do that but it is an option.
