the second set I believe were fiberglass with a metal mesh screen basically just shoved in to the hole.

If you can find the 1st ones, they are nice, though I have seen some people make there own.

Shelby sells the PIAA 510XTsmr lights.
The brackets and bezels are available as well but as replacement parts, not a specific kit.

Yes, but those replacements aren't the same as the ones they used to sell. From what I understand they are a much cheaper, poorly made version of the original bezels.

I haven't seen the current bezels other than a photo. It could of course be a photo of the original bezels being used.
The lights and mounting brackets are supposed to be the same. It's all available separately though, not as a 'kit' and you have to ask for it as 'replacement/Service' parts

the original ones where made in China ,the new ones are fiber glass made at Shelby Autos,
