I would not get a GT500 without stripes. I assume the exterior color is black, if so Alloy stripes would be my pick. White stripes look good on Torch Red and Vista Blue but not black. Any doubt, see one in person.
On the options: Shaker 1000 and PITP would be a must for me. I am not a fan of Ford's NAV, Ambient Lighting is a waste, I would like HIDs only if the fog lamps were as well, and the two tone is different for sure but loud, specially the door panels. I would consider SSR if it would be frequently used otherwise why have the trunk defaced.

I pick no stripes, Shaker500 (keep cost down), Ambient, HID, and Red insert interior.....it would be hot!.. premier trim would be ok too...I forgot to vote on that.

Shaker takes up too much space (I'm a golfer), NAVs too expensive (I never play music anyway, I like the sound of my exhaust and SCer whine better), Don't like the turtle shell enough to have SSR, Ambient lighting is a waste. I agree with George on the white stripes.
The dash upgrade is a nice touch, I wouldn't want to go without it. I like the HIDs. The fogs should have been made to match (One of the very few complaints I have about this car). Crimson seats look good in the right car (I like the charcoal better though).
I'm just glad to be driving mine again. It has been a long winter.

Black no stripe good ,but would buy them for down the road, int up grade great, threir are times on a long drive it would be nice red inserts if its a vert yes a coupe no,amb, light give the kids somthimg to play with, love the nav, better than having to stop for a map,HID I like them, for a daily driver and long term the options are nice to have , a weekend warrior, basic and lite everthing else is a waist.A car with more options is easier to sell or has a bigger customer base.IMO
Don't get alloy stripes, simply because I want there to be fewer just like mine out there.
I chose no stripes, NAV, HID, Premier Trim dash and two-tone interior.
Why: whoever buys a GT500 thinks a lot about its value and how it's kept through the years. Nothing helps resale value like a neutral paint scheme, leather seats and Navigation systems.
