Does anyone know what any of the code numbers mean on the window stickers, like the blend #, mine is 2586. or the #'s next to it FLR-001203 OH 120100506

Near the bottom in the box next to final assembly point is AD290 N RA 2X 115 001203 04 29 10

That last # is obviously a date, would that be the date it was shipped? I know it was built on 4/22.

Then on the very bottom right is 1201005062586 which has the last 4 digits matching the blend #

Yeah, I was under the impression that that was the build date as well. It's possible that this is the new build date after the temporary factory shutdown moved everything around.

 

I believe 20100506 is the scheduled build date and my guess is that 04 29 10 is the date the VIN was issued.

No that is not right, the dealer recieved the VIN on the 23rd. I got it on the 24th. I called Ford on the 27th and they told me the car was built on the 22nd and the ETA to the dealer is 5/8. I am thinking it was shipped on the 29th and the ETA was moved up to the 6th.

 

Actually it is right but they are scheduled dates which are subject to change at FoMoCo's discretion.

Technically the second number isnt the date the VIN was issued but the date the build was serialized, but close enough.

The date that matters is the top one (the build date). Take that and add what your dealer tells you is standard for their delivery (Around detriot is a couple days, most of the country is one-three weeks). And then you'll have an estimated delivery. Estimated shipping date and delivery date are not listed on window stickers.

 

In the attachement, is the blend/buck date the same as the build date? If so, mine will be built this week
